New Vision Hair & Day Spa is focused on providing high-quality service and client satisfaction with our advanced facial treatments, including red vein removal, pigmentation reduction, peels, and micro-needling skin rejuvenation.
Skin Consultation
The photographic skin scanner will allow your therapist to take digital photos under three different light spectrums to view underlying skin conditions that we aren't able to see with the naked eye. This provides us with an in-depth assessment of the skin, including conditions such as wrinkles, pigment, skin aging, large pore size, oil flow, UV damage, skin tone, sensitivity, acne, and dehydration.
During this skin scanner consultation (allow up to 45 min), you will receive an exceptionally accurate diagnosis and prescription of appropriate homecare products, along with a treatment plan tailored to your individual skin conditions. We are then able to document your skin over the course of recommended treatments, allowing you to see the results for yourself!
Peels and Exfoliants
We offer a range of facial peels and exfoliants tailored to address your skin needs. During our consultation, we will determine the most suitable option for your skin; that's our specialty. Our peels consist of a potent blend of active vitamins, peptides, and antioxidants designed to target specific skin issues.
Medical-grade peels can enhance various skin conditions by eliminating dead skin cells and promoting the growth of new cells. We utilise a selection of superficial and medium-depth peels to promote the reduction of pigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles, acne, and scarring, resulting in a more radiant and rejuvenated appearance.
Skin Rejuvenation
If you want to see long-lasting skin results without extreme measures like Botox, fillers, and surgery, book a course of serious skin rejuvenation. With our state-of-the-art skin technologies, we can reverse years of neglect, sun damage, and aging.
IPL Treatment for Red Veins
Redness flushing and damaged or broken capillaries respond well to IPL treatment. Your therapist will consult with you to establish the best IPL treatment protocols and homecare products to help strengthen your capillaries and improve skin density.
IPL treatment uses concentrated light to reduce these blemishes without breaking the surface of the skin. The more your skin has been protected from the sun, the stronger treatment we can give an ideal treatment for broken capillaries because it triggers new collagen growth beneath the skin's surface.
Cancellation Policy
As a client of New Vision Hair & Day Spa, it is important to us that you get the premium times and dates you request. This is why we reserve your future appointments, especially for you. We understand that sometimes adjustments and cancellations are necessary, but we ask you to appreciate that when you cancel or reschedule an appointment without sufficient notice, the clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services, and we miss the opportunity to fill that time.
We understand that life doesn't always go according to plan; therefore, we kindly ask that you give us no less than 24 hours' notice (48 hours during December) to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service amount; this will be added to your next service.
NO SHOWS:
If you are a 'no show', meaning you do not show up for your appointment and do not tell us, you will be required to pay 50% of the scheduled service you were booked in for, and this will be charged to your next appointment. If you do not wish to pay the cancellation fee, you will not be rebooked.
YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you are 15 minutes late or more, you may be required to book a new appointment day and time, as it can interfere with the following client's appointment.
