Appointment Terms and Conditions

When you finalise an appointment with us, you accept all of our terms and conditions.

 

Cancellations


  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please call the salon directly at (06) 3749871. Messages via Facebook or Instagram are not picked up in time, and this will incur a ‘No Show Fee.’
  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hours until the service window will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be rounded up to the nearest dollar.
  • Some of our services require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking. This deposit will be used to cover the cancellation fee.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. 
  • If you miss an appointment or arrive late, your account will be marked as a ‘No show’. If you receive three of these, we will no longer be able to take appointments for you as it is not fair to other clients who could use the time slot.
  • Please be careful when making appointments online. New Vision Hair & Day Spa takes no responsibility for managing your appointments.

 

Deposits


  • Some of our Services require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
  • Discounts are calculated after the appointment.
  • Rescheduling an appointment outside of the 24-hour service window will not require an additional deposit.
  • No refunds will be given for appointments cancelled outside of the 24-hour until-service window. A credit for the deposit amount will be added to your account and be available for use at your next appointment.
  • Credit on your account is not available to use to pay deposits online. If you would like to use your credit towards a deposit for another appointment, please contact us directly. The credit can be used in-store to pay the remainder of an appointment.
  • Any cancellations or rescheduling within the 24 hours until the service window will have the deposit used to cover the cancellation fee.

 

Our Pricing

 

  • Our prices listed are as a guide only and are based on the minimum product and time required. If more time or product is used, the price will vary to reflect this. Quotes are available on request when we see you in the salon.
